Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Our standard MOQ varies by product. For shower heads, it is typically 500-1000 pcs per SKU. Custom/OEM orders may have different requirements. Contact us for specific product MOQs.

Q: Can I order samples?
A: Yes! We offer sample orders for quality evaluation. Sample fees are refundable on your first bulk order over $5,000.

Q: Do you offer OEM/ODM service?
A: Absolutely. We provide custom branding, packaging design, and product customization. Minimum OEM order quantities apply — please inquire for details.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
A: We ship via sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, and international express (DHL/UPS/FedEx). We’ll recommend the most cost-effective option based on your order volume and timeline.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Production typically takes 15-30 days depending on order size. Sea freight: 20-40 days. Air freight: 5-10 days. Express: 3-7 days.

Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and Western Union. For new customers, we require 30% deposit with balance paid before shipment.

Q: Can I pay via credit card or PayPal?
A: Currently we accept PayPal for sample orders only. Bulk orders are processed via T/T or L/C.

Product & Quality

Q: Do your products have certifications?
A: Our products meet international quality standards. We can provide CE, RoHS, and WaterMark certification depending on the product and target market. Please specify your certification requirements when inquiring.

Q: What is your warranty policy?
