Quality Guarantee
All products undergo strict quality inspection before shipment. If you receive defective items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and order details.
Return Eligibility
- Defective or damaged items: Full refund or replacement, including shipping costs covered by us.
- Wrong items shipped: We will resend the correct items at our expense.
- Order cancellations: Accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, a 15% restocking fee applies.
How to Request a Return

- Approved returns will receive a prepaid shipping label or credit note.
Refund Processing
